Building Fellowship with BOCES Students + Financial Foundations

Today was quite the eventful day! After class, I hung out with the BOCES Students (Students who are enrolling in a Specialized High School Pathway to help them earn college credits). While they were a very loud group of kids, it was a semi-relaxing break from schoolwork as we all ate pizza and played Pictionary.

Later that day, I attended a panel discussion hosted by a dear friend of mine, Fallon Greenway, where she discussed the core financial foundations everyone should know. Aiming to help build financial literacy on college campuses and promote the experience of women in finance in the Capital Region.

Although I did need to leave her panel discussion early to attend a FSA Board meeting, where we discussed whether we should resign a contract with a food company and what the students' feedback on the food has been in general.
