American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) Walk

Over the weekend, I got the opportunity to attend a national fundraising awareness campaign hosted at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. My classmates and I were there not only to join the walk but also to aid in the activities and stands provided. We helped with the small Stewarts ice cream stand they had, handing out ice cream to everyone who wanted some. The walk itself was a small struggle, not only because it was cold outside but also because it was raining very hard. But it was all for a good cause, so in the end it was all worth it!
